We are glad that you found the Wonder Book Camp website. This site is for our current camp family, alumni, and our future camp attendees.
Wonder Book Camp is a Christian camp that was started 75 years ago to share the love of Jesus with children and teenagers. WBC meets for a week long camp every summer and retreats in the spring and fall. We have a great time making friends, doing amazing activities (like cookouts, swimming, team competitions, campfires, and more), and learning about our Savior.
Mission:
Wonder Book Camp is dedicated to sharing the gospel with youth people and discipling them to grow closer to God. For many years WBC has seen children and teenagers come to know Jesus as their Savior and has worked with them to grow stronger in their faith. It is our continuing mission to expand the Kingdom of God through a fun summer camp where relationships are built and God's word is taught.
Wonder Book Camp is open to boys and girls, ages 6-11, and junior workers (teenagers), 12-18. The junior workers have extra privileges by working in the Dining Hall and assisting the staff needs.
WBC is held at Camp Booth which is located 30 miles Southwest of Birmingham off I-59,
the West Blocton/Centerville exit (Exit 97).
